For our managed Pro-Plan clients there are emergency contact numbers posted on every managed PC and server. Simply contact the primary or secondary technician’s direct line assigned to you. If you cannot reach the assigned technician then please follow the emergency contact information listed below.


If this is an emergency and you need to speak with a network technician please call (541) 883-3565 listen to the pre-recorded message and choose the option for emergency support. An on call network engineer will be immediately paged and a call returned to you.


If you need technical support for e-ISCO internet services, FREE technical support is available evenings and weekends. e-ISCO technical support is available Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 7pm. To reach an e-ISCO support technician please call (541)883-3565 and choose option 1 during the pre-recorded message. An internet technician will be paged and a call immediately returned to you. If you are calling outside of the listed technical support hours a call will be returned to you on the following business day.
