Senior Accountant - Full Time

ISCO is seeking a Senior Accountant with demonstrated tax, leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will be a licensed CPA with a minimum of 2 years recent public accounting experience. People skills are very important to us! Applicant should be highly motivated and enjoy working with individuals and small and medium size businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will:

  • Work in all phases of taxation and will possess professional knowledge of taxation and accounting and have the ability to use that knowledge to readily prepare tax returns and resolve tax research questions.
  • Have the ability to think analytically, identify tax issues, opportunities and solutions. To go beyond traditional accounting and tax services and understand the global picture; to advise management from a broad business perspective.
  • Be responsible for development of young professionals, charged with training and reviewing their tax work and to identify issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Have a leadership role in practice development and implementation of accounting recommendations related to accounting policies, pronouncements and business trends.
  • Work one-on-one with clients and be responsible for preparing and/or reviewing compilations and reviews.

Tier I Computer Technician - Full Time

Job Description:

ISCO LLP is seeking a Full-Time, benefited Tier I Computer Technician for an immediate opportunity in our Computer Repair/Support Depot located in Klamath Falls Oregon .  The Tier I Technician will provide helpdesk support for our internet services and support of the Repair Department assisting customers with selections that meet the customer's needs and emphasize selling points of items such as quality, utility, versatility, etc.

This is a great opportunity for an entry level Computer Technician looking to gain more experience and work for a company that offers room for growth and learning.  You will be part of a team responsible for the overall operation of an enterprise networks, PCs, printers, and related hardware. 

Required Experience:

·Experience supporting users of Windows platforms.

·Entry level Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Networks including TCP/IP.

· Proficient with PC software applications, i.e., Windows, Microsoft Office, IE, terminal emulation, email.

· Knowledge of PC hardware components.

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

· Work professionally (including professional demeanor, timeliness and dress) in customer's environment and maintain positive working attitude.

· Readiness to work with team members to ensure 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM hours (Monday-Saturday) coverage for our customers. (outside 5:30pm is an on call basis)

General Responsibilities:

· Maintain Computer Systems , which include but are not limited to PCs, Servers, Thin Clients, Printers, and other peripherals.  Repair, setup, install, upgrade and physically move and re-establish desktop systems and servers as required. 

· Assist in Inventory Control and maintain inventory database regarding all company owned computer equipment and inventory.  Maintain on-line record keeping of all computer peripherals and assets.  Receive and ship computer equipment to customers.  Pack and unpack boxes containing systems equipment.

· Respond to Maintenance Dispatch Calls (vehicle a must) .  Analyze and resolve hardware maintenance issues within the required service levels and report on issue status and resolution.  Interface with customer to resolve technical problems.  Assure that all tasks are performed using developed Standard Operational Procedures.

· Incident Reporting .  Accurately report and track requests or services through to completion (including follow up communications with the customer).  Track service calls and update inventory records.  Monitor, update and resolve user requests that are in the ISCO database.  Effectively and accurately document failure conditions and repair actions.

· Internet Services Support .  Help desk support of several technologies including wireless high speed and dial up internet services including connectivity and e-mail troubleshooting basic DNS and TCP/IP connectivity issues etc.

· Other Duties as Assigned.

This position requires a successful drug screen and background check.  To be considered for the position you must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.  We do not provide relocation assistance.
